高级计划与排程协会主要致力于在制造和服务公司普及推广高级计划与排程知识.对制造业的公司来说,精确的计划,短的周期,可预计的交货的需求已经把计划提升到极为重要的地位. APSS 是专注通过选择和推广APS技术提高改善制造产品的效率和利润, APSS目标是缩小计划排程理论和当前制造实践的差异.

 

APSS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling Society) which major aimed is make to order of  more variety, small batch production mode.

 

Objectives:

 

1. Shortening delivery time, delivery on time

2. Accurate and flexible production planning and scheduling

3, Reduce the materials shortage and improve the materials are not accurate

 

The main problem faced by sales departments is how to better management forecasts; how to get a reasonable delivery; how to improve the delivery performance; how to track the overall status of orders.

The main problem faced by engineering departments is how to build the more accurate configuration of customized BOM; how quickly the transformation of E-BOM to ERP production BOM; how effective control with ECN.

The main problem faced by Production planning department is to balance conflict between delivery and materials shortages or resources  bottleneck; Bottleneck resource  optimization and material scheduling; how to handle change orders.

The main problem faced by purchase departments is materials delay and lack of material; supplier management; MRP plan is not accurate.

The main problem faced by inventory departments is ERP system is not unified with the physical inventory operations; materials supporting early warning; how to improve inventory turnover.

The main problem faced by lean manufacturing  is the delivery of value stream analysis and improvement; standardization; visualization; equipment layout and material flow  layout optimization.

 

To establish:

 

   a "rapid response" program group, fusion thinking  and tools include ERP, APS, Lean, 6 Sigma, supply chain management etc. to shorten the delivery time, respond quickly to customer needs. Establishment the Excellence Manufacturing System: an integrated operation of integrated ERP system; high agility of the APS ( Advanced Planning and Scheduling system; and MES(manufacturing executive system); lean manufacturing and flexible on-site implementation of the system; Six Sigma quality assurance and control system.

 

    Executive Summary

 

Manufacturing strategy model is combined with  APS and MES(manufacturing executive system);and lean combined together, and gradually turned form MTO ( Make to Order ) to ATO ( Assemble to Order) strategy.
